About the client:
Nice To Fit You (NTFY) – is one of the leading brands in the Polish boxed dietary catering market.
Company departments involved in the project:
Marketing Department, responsible for the company’s expansion into new countries.
Challenge:
In Spain, boxed diet catering basically doesn’t exist.
Few people in Madrid are even aware of such a service. Nor do they know how it works. For this reason, it is difficult for catering companies to attract new customers.
Therefore, NTFY’s marketing department was looking for a way to quickly educate the target group about how diet catering works and the benefits of the service.
The company wanted to create video content that was simple and enjoyable. It was also important that the material prepared should not become outdated quickly and could be used for months or even years to come.
Objectives:
1. Educate the Spanish market about diet catering.
2. Exploit the position of a being a first-mover and establish a strong connection between the idea of boxed diets and the NTFY brand.
Solution:
Whiteboard animation created based on knowledge of the Spanish client. Which was established through workshops between ExplainVisually, and the client.
Insights and a deep understanding of the target group allowed us to create a precisely targeted film, aimed at young, modern Madrid residents.
Characters were designed based on information about the target audience, and the film’s colour scheme was aligned with the company’s corporate identity.
In the opening seconds of the film, we build rapport with the viewer by telling them about some of their daily struggles. Then we show how NTFY, is a solution to those struggles, by presenting the ordering process and examples of the high quality food that is delivered. We captured all of this in just 2 minutes of video animation.
The film was distributed via the brands YouTube, Facebook and Vimeo channels, and can be viewed below:
Client comment:
The project was challenging because we were creating a video script in Poland that was supposed to reflect the life of a Spanish office worker. However, after several comments and suggestions, the video was tailored to our needs and came out really great.
ExplainVisually’s greatest asset is its organisation and good planning of the work, as well as a good understanding of the client’s needs.
