We help you:
- tell about your offer so that customers understand its value
- explain procedures in such a way that employees have no doubts and know how to follow them
- convey the company’s strategy in a pictorial way so that the team understands “what management has in mind.”
It is said that a picture is worth 1000 words, and we fully agree with this. Over the past 8 years, we have completed visual materials for more than 100 companies.
What exactly do we create?
- mainly animations (whiteboard animations, digital whiteboard and vector animations),
- infographics and illustrations,
Many other companies also create nice animations and illustrations. It’s not difficult.
However, we know that’s not all you’re looking for.
What sets us apart is that we create effective materials.
After all, you don’t want your customers and employees to only say “very nice!” after watching the video, and after a while completely forget about the content of the animation.
That’s why we create all our materials based on our knowledge of visual thinking techniques, psychology, storytelling, sales (SPIN, Challenger Sale, SNAP), and marketing.
We have been working with B2B and B2C companies for years so we know how business works. And we use this when working on projects for clients.
We have already completed more than 500 projects in 19 languages.
Among those who have trusted us are:
What makes us different?
Let’s give the customers the floor here.
- Focus on achieving client’s business goals
“ExplainVisually listened well to our needs and as a result, was very independent during production. The materials they proposed required very few changes. We were very pleased with this because the animation took much less time and energy to produce than we anticipated.
We believe we have created a pioneering educational video in the PV industry that will help to educate our customers for many years to come.”
Country Manager Poland, Winaico
- Honest feedback and consulting
“ExplainVisually are like the best Uber drivers. They are fast, not afraid of challenges and always deliver on time. They understand client’s pain points, show a shorter and better way to the destination. And all for a reasonable price. I give five stars.”
Marketing Director, 3S Group
- Quality and timeliness
“The quality of the five videos made for us by ExplainVisually exceeded our expectations – the viewers were impressed by the presentation of the strategy and business plan in an unconventional way. The cooperation with Maciek, Klaudia and the team was at a very high level – although the deadlines were tight, they delivered the materials in the highest possible quality. “

How did it all start?
It was a warm May day in 2014 when Klaudia picked up the phone. She didn’t yet know that what she would hear in the receiver would change her professional life forever.
Klaudia had already been teaching Visual Thinking for a couple of years, and had also been involved in large-format Graphic Recording and Graphic Facilitation. Michael had been involved in building websites, landing pages and marketing on the Internet since he had left his full-time job a few years earlier.
As is generally the case in relationships, when needed, they had previously helped each other with their vastly different businesses. Now they were about to try something new.
When Klaudia picked up the phone, she heard Wiola’s voice.
– Our client, Carlsberg, needs some cartoon films. Just like the one I sent you via email. What do you think?
– I’ve never done anything like this before, but we can do it!
After hanging up the phone, her excitement was mixed with apprehension. She quickly told Michal about the whole thing. Michael, as it happened, had learned how to shoot and edit videos (shot on two cameras) with a so-called talking head for one of his clients a few weeks earlier. Klaudia could draw so the whole trick now was to combine these two skills of theirs and make a drawing film together.
About a month after that notable phone call, the first productions saw the light of day. They were very much appreciated, fortunately, because Carlsberg ordered 3 films at once!
Since big customers are coming forward, and no one else in Poland is doing it, why not be the first? – they thought.
That’s how the first “baby” was born – ExplainVisually.co. The first company in the country focused on producing whiteboard animation videos (also known as video scribe). And since they already had lighting equipment on loan, in the middle of the night, after they finished filming all 3 videos for Carlsberg, they recorded their own self-motion video and shared it via social media.
As the months passed, the orders increased, but the hours that fit into the day unfortunately did not. Therefore, more people began to join the company – screenwriters, editors, storyboard artists, and cartoonists.
In 2017, ExplainVisually evolved into a Visual Thinking Agency, helping major brands communicate complex things in simple ways.
