How much does a vector animation cost? What determines the price?
The price of a vector animation varies from a few to over a dozen thousand EUR. It depends on its length, language, level of detail, animation effects, and deadline. In short: the more customized illustrations, characters, voiceovers or multilingual versions you need, the higher the budget. We always estimate the final price before we begin, so there are no surprises later.
How long does it take to produce a vector animation?
The production lasts from 3 to 6 weeks or more for more complicated projects. The timeline depends on the script approval, illustration style, number of scenes and the feedback process. Sometimes small things like adjusting timing, masks or motion presets can add a bit more time. Some projects move faster if the client has brand assets ready, while others take longer if the concept evolves.
How long should a vector animation be?
Most of our vector animations are 1-2 minutes long. However, this depends on the target group and the topic covered by the animation. Animations for apps, internal training or onboarding can be shorter, while educational or product explainer videos sometimes benefit from a slightly longer runtime.
What are vector graphics?
Vector graphics are images built from lines and shapes instead of pixels. Because of that, they keep a clean, sharp look at any size (from a small icon on a website or app to a large screen at an event). They scale without losing quality, which is especially useful when animations appear in different places, from mobile apps to large presentation screens.
Which tools do you use to create vector animations?
We use tools that are standard in the animation and design industry, and we choose them depending on the style and needs of the project. Different tools are better for different types of motion, illustration styles or export formats, so we match them to what makes the most sense.
Can the animation be exported for web or apps?
Yes. Vector animations work well on websites, mobile apps and presentations because the files stay light and load quickly. We prepare the animation in the formats you need, so it plays smoothly in your browser, on mobile or in a presentation tool. If you want, we can also create versions for social media, internal systems or learning platforms.
Can I update the animation later?
One advantage of vector animation is that you can update content without rebuilding the entire video from scratch. Text, icons or characters can be modified, replaced or imported again if your product or messaging evolves.
